WRITER - PUBLISHER AGREEMENT FOR SUBMITTED WORKS

MusicMobster’s objective is to: (1) have an e-commerce site that you can send your fans to buy and download your Music, (2) secure a “hold” by a Recording Artist or Producer for the purpose of recording your Composition by an Artist who is signed to a record company with national distribution, and/or (3) issue a mechanical license or a synchronization license.
When a Recording Artist "holds" or "reserves" a song in our catalogue, an advance royalty of eighty-thousand dollars ($80,000) is paid to Publisher and Writer. They will have two years to get it recorded or it is returned back to the catalogue. The good side is, YOU KEEP THE MONEY...no refunds. It is critical to submit good sound quality with legible lyrics because a great Artist will be able to recognize a Hit Song usually after hearing "THE HOOK".
ONLY when your music has been accepted will you be required to assign the copyright to MusicMobster. Please have all the information at hand so that we can issue the proper licenses for national distribution.
You will be given a specific web address within MusicMobster.com to direct your fan base. Example: www.musicmobster.com/yourname We want to make your experience with MusicMobster successful and will advertise with Google, Bing, Yahoo and other search engines to expose your work.
By assigning your works per this agreement, MusicMobster will be able to act in your behalf and broker a deal with Record Companies, Producers and their Recording Artists.
